Last Entry... and on to Book 2

November 12, 2005 6:00 PM | posted to moleskine1set2 | permalink | comments (3)

This last image is kinda related to my first entry.

I uploaded most of the book 1 at Flickr. It has been fun filling up the moleskine. Right now I just love using gouache so that is probably the majority of the drawing in book 2.

Last Entry...

See larger image here.

I have the book 2 ready.

I found this moleskine template hack a couple of days ago on to "turn your sketchbook into a storyboard".

So I had to try it and did my first storyboard drawings... just some stupid stuff actually :-)

I went to Holliday Park last weekend this time to sketch:

Pencil... River -

Pen and Ink... River -

Pencil... Tall trees

It was just nice to apend time outside.

sidenote: Two weeks ago I was about to call my cousin to laugh about typhoon "Emong" (his name) in the Philippines... Ha! But then came "Dennis" (my name) just about finished hitting Florida.

A quick sketch for Illustration Friday's topic "Metropolitan".

Indy is not that quite a big metropolitan city... I always wonder what is like to live and work in a big city like New York, Chicago, Toronto or Manila.
